The organisation is led by a Development Manager with 20 years’ experience in community outreach and education, alongside a team of one part time admin staff, 12 sessional qualified NQT teachers  and classroom assistants, 8 volunteers and a trustee board of 6 local residents with relevant professional experience. We have termly staff team meetings which feed into the management board, who meet quarterly to approve decisions and manage budgets. The Development Manager is in regular contact with the board for advice and guidance throughout the year. A previous learner sits on our board and a number of previous learners contribute regularly to delivery
