Help us transform lives in our communities

  • Since 2022, our partnership with Citizens Advice and our £9 million funding has helped:
  • Support the employment of 50 additional frontline employees across more than 30 locations, enabling Citizens Advice to help an additional 120,000 people.
  • Launch a dedicated customer referral service for Aviva UK customers, training over 1,300 customer-facing colleagues across IWR and GI to identify and refer potentially vulnerable customers to Citizens Advice.
  • Set up adviser secondments, giving customer-facing colleagues the opportunity to spend one day per week in an adviser role at Citizens Advice to help increase Citizens Advice’s capacity and enhance our own teams' skills and knowledge.
  • Make an impact locally through fundraising activities and colleagues volunteering at Citizens Advice offices in York, Norwich and Sheffield.

  • We’re super proud of the impact we’ve made together. Start your Grand Challenge today and be part of this life-changing journey.
  • Find out more about Citizens Advice, the impact they make, and how you can support through volunteering your time.
