This is a donation from Moormead Cricket Club MMCC desperately need a pavilion facility to support the development of young cricketers in the St. Margarets area. Our club provides 150+ local children with exercise, teamwork and a community spirit every week of the summer months, but the current lack of facilities greatly limits what we can do with them. The regeneration of the pavilion will make a huge difference to what we can do for the local community and the children within it.

The current pavillion is in SUCH a state of disrepair. The state of the toilets mean the girls have to go somewhere else. This is a HUGE opportunity to provide a healthy focal point for the entire Twick/St Mags community to encourage becoming more healthy.

We can’t wait to get some fantastic new facilities for our lovely Moormead Park. SO many people and groups in the community will benefit. Thanks for working so hard to put this in place for us all.

Minx PR Ltd 5th March 2020

Regeneration of these traditional community facilities help cement our local communities and those who value them. I do hope this project is funded and supported successfully to help preserve the green spaces in our towns and foster more community spirit and use.

Only too happy to support this initiative- as parents of SRRCC children who desperately need this outside space for PE activities
