Ardagh Community Trust is a charity that runs the Ardagh site (North Bristol) through a community asset transfer lease for the benefit of the local community.

It's been a bit of a week & we've had to close our social enterprise, the Cafe on the Common along with our Community Plant Nursery & our wider facilities for a few days to ensure that staff & customers are safe. We have also had to pay for onsite security to ensure that (we can sleep at night!) the site is not further damaged or additional losses.

Unfortunately we have also had to cancel a range of bookings, events and activities which has had a significant impact on our income. 

We also need to replace or repair a range of items that have been stolen, defaced and vandalised. 

If you would like to help - and are in a position to - we welcome all donations to enable us to get the site back up & running and to replace items that are needed for a variety of groups and activities. We would also like to buy the materials for volunteers to repair the children's play space outside the Ardagh which has been vandalised. 

Ardagh Community Trust is a charity which generates income to pay for the ongoing running costs, management and maintenance of the Ardagh site for the local community. Loss of earnings will impact significantly on our financial sustainability and viability.
