What We Do

At Doceo, we believe every young person deserves the tools and opportunities to build a financially secure and independent future. This year, we’re launching Money Matters, a transformative in-person financial literacy programme for 50 students aged 16–18 from underrepresented backgrounds.

Money Matters empowers students with essential personal finance skills while offering an exclusive insight into careers in finance. Over two engaging days, students will gain practical tools for managing their finances and take part in workshops led by industry professionals, preparing them for their next steps with confidence.

We’re a passionate group of educators, youth advocates, and finance professionals united by a shared mission: to create accessible pathways to financial independence for young people. Our team brings a wealth of experience in programme delivery, mentorship, and finance education to ensure every student we work with feels empowered and inspired.

Why We Need Your Help

To make Money Matters a success, we’re raising £5,000. This funding will directly support:

• Resource Creation: Designing engaging workshop materials for students.
• Staff Training: Equipping our team to deliver high-quality, interactive sessions.
• Student Travel Costs: Ensuring every student can attend, regardless of financial barriers.
