Midlothian Foodbank

RCN SC048580, Gorebridge

Midlothian Foodbank has been providing emergency food to Midlothian residents since 2013. We also work with our referral partners to identify the causes of food poverty and help our clients to maximise income and lessen the need to rely on emergency food.

Midlothian Foodbank

Midlothian Foodbank has been providing emergency food to over 4000 residents each year.  That demand is increasing due to the impact of inflation, rising fuel prices and changes to taxation / benefits.

Your donations could make the difference to families who have come to us faced with the choice of buying food or paying the electricity bill.  We help them do both.

This year we plan to start a pantry scheme.  This is aimed at helping people make their money go further by reducing food shopping bills and providing advice and support aimed at maximising their income.
