About Norfolk Citizens Advice

We can all face problems that seem complicated or intimidating. At Norfolk Citizens Advice, we believe no one should have to face these problems without good quality, independent advice.

Across Norfolk we are seeing increased demand for our services and we’re not able to support everyone that needs us. Clients are coming to us with more complex issues that are taking longer to resolve, stretching our capacity even further.

Impact in numbers

● We helped 14,520 clients with 32,172 issues

● We identified £1.9m income maximisation for our clients

● We got over £1.1m of unmanageable debt written off for our clients

How your fundraising will help

With your help we can support the people that need us most. Any donations we receive will go towards our area of greatest need - helping more clients. The support we offer will empower clients with the knowledge and tools so that they can solve their own problems in the future.

● £50 will help us run an outreach session and give up to 10 clients access to our services

● £150 will run one of our busiest offices for a day, supporting over 40 people to improve their lives

● £10,000 will help us support 100 clients in Norfolk

● £50,000 will run our Norwich office for a year

● £100,000 will support the development of our new Norwich City based Advice Hub
