New stretch target
We wish to transform the outside area into a safe, accessible bistro area to enable our customers to linger longer when they shop at Unwrapped.
The more funders the grander our plans! We have a waste not approach and will upcycle, reuse, repurpose or renovate our seating area. All of Unwrapped's shop fittings have been donated and repurposed into new life, the same will be seen in our outdoor area.
We have a very small retail area so a safe cycle rack (also a planter), a buggy park, a doggie zone will all improve the space inside the shop too.
Any pledges donated will be used to maximise the retail offering of Unwrapped to meet the unexpected demand of our new customer base. We want to add more refills to our larder wall. We want to create a truELY local producer range. We wish to offer more training and supported placements to young people with additional needs in the shop, cafe and zero-waste luncheon clubs.
Co-worker Anthony, who joined the team in September said "I really enjoy working on the till and helping customers". Anthony and his fellow Co-workers have a fan club of eco-ethical consumers all wanting to shop differently and support local. Unwrapped is novel but we want it to be mainstream. Support Unwrapped today and we will transform tomorrow!
