What happens next? We are speaking with local connections in Weymouth and Dorchester and hoping we will be able to plan another few events in 2025. Any future donations will go towards this. We are so grateful and excited to continue this work. 

Please see the glorious photograph of our first group who came a couple of weeks ago, there were about twice as many participants including children but they cannot be photographed. The trip was a HUGE success and included fashion photoshoots on the beach, baking fairy cakes, singing gospel in the chapel, listening to the Quran, cooking INCREDIBLE food from multiple countries and cultures, suppers under the cherry blossom, hula hooping and laughing in the sun.

As a team and wider Othona community we are continuing to work on how best Othona can serve our world in the years to come. We have begun to identify some people who we would like to extend our welcome to who would otherwise not be able to enjoy our facilities and community way of life. So far we have worked with Bristol Hospitality Network and Sanctuary Community Holidays for our pilot project which was a storming success...BUT now that we (with your help!) have kickstarted this project we need your help to continue...
