What you will be doing
Help fill the skills gaps that we have within the current Board. We require two new directors, one with HR and the other with marketing skills. This will help ensure that we have a diverse Board of Directors to drive the business plan to ensure the success of the Centre for the people of Nairn.
What we are looking for
We are looking to attract two additional directors to our current Board of volunteers. There are two areas of expertise that we would like to address. The 1st one is around HR to help us define policies and manage the HR commitments we require to provide our staff. The 2nd one will be focused on our marketing strategies to help ensure that we maximise our visibility and support our business and community sponsorship program.
What difference this will make
It is important that we have a diverse pool of directors with relevant experience to guide the Centre forward. These important areas of expertise will help fill experience gaps and improve the capabilities of the board to continue the successes of the Centre.

Getting there
The Centre is just off the A96 that runs through the center of the town. It is well sign posted.
We have our own car park and EV charging facilities.
