We have a fantastic team of highly skilled volunteers who are dedicated to helping people with any issue they may face.  They have dealt with so much change since the pandemic and we recognise that  digital channels (telephone, webchat, email) is not right for everyone.  We want to be able to make use of a video conferencing programme that we have with our new phone system.  We recognise some people like the face to face interaction but also often have to travel some distance to see us.  We feel the video conferencing will help give the face to face help but save on costs and hassle of travel.  This money will help us give full access and training
