Businesses and organisations donating £150 or more can choose to receive training for staff on “Becoming an advice champion”. This session, delivered online by our advice experts, will help your staff to identify where a customer might need extra help, and who to signpost to for the right support. The training will help you demonstrate that you’re doing everything you can to help your customers during this challenging time.

We’ll share a public thank you on a dedicated donor page on our website, if you wish. We’ll also share publicly on social media, and in our annual review – great PR for your business.

For any company donating £500 or above we will provide your employees with a workplace advice service ( either by phone or at pre agreed times, locations and for agreed numbers). This will help you to support your people at a challenging time and whose personal circumstances have changed or are about to change.
